Adult classes are for swimmers 18 years of age and older. Our focus in this category is to give the swimmer the best adult swim instruction in the front range area. Our attention to detail on swim technique, relaxed movement and efficiency of stroke are what makes us stand out in this category.
Adult Swim Lessons in Westminster CO
Beginner Private Lessons
Are you comfortable and safe in the water? Swimming is a life skill, and our friendly and patient coaches can help you! Basic skills taught include prone/back float, treading water, underwater surface diving, kicking, and upper body movement with breath control.
- 30 minutes private or semi-private (1-2 students)
- Coach is in the water with you or on deck, your choice!

- Thursdays: 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM
- Thursdays: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (summer only)
- Class levels ranging from beginner, intermediate, and advanced schedules.
